Having Pat as a Big Brother has allowed me to be able to go to more fun places and do more activities. He is very nice to me, has helped me to be more confident, and encouraged me to try harder in school. Since being matched with Pat, I am most proud of having fewer absences at school and bringing my bad grades up to 5 A’s and 2 B’s. Now I am trying to get straight A’s. Thank you for allowing me to have Pat as a Big Brother. He has helped make such a big difference in my life.

As my Big Sister, Morgan has helped me to be more confident in myself and express what I’m feeling better. I used to be really quiet before I met Morgan, but I like to talk to her about school and friends while we hang out at her house and cook. She goes to activities with me at school too. Since being matched with Katy, I have become much more confident in myself. Two years ago, I used to be afraid to try new things or talk to people, but now I’m not afraid to talk to anyone and I like to try new things. I am in my school’s gifted program and Katy encourages me to do the best I can no matter how hard it gets. I like to hang out at Katy and Joe’s house because they’re goofballs. I also like to help them at charity events. Thank you for allowing me to have Katy as a Big Sister. I know we will be friends forever.
