Chef Josh Charles got his passion for cooking in his teen years. He never knew exactly what he wanted to do, but he loved to eat and cook, and slowly his passion grew.
Over the past ten years, Chef Charles has worked at several fine dining establishments within the St. Louis community. Such establishments as Element, Elia and Olio, and Blood and Sand. Most recently, he was the executive chef at Winslow Home, a home away from home styled restaurant. Prior to that, Chef Charles was part of the team at Metabolic Meals with recipe development and St. Louis Families as a private chef.
Chef Charles is a firm believer in following your passions, where ever they might take you.
Charles and his wife and son live in the St. Louis area.
